Understand who we consider for our markets
We select stallholders based on the quality of their craft, the uniqueness of their offering, the suitability of their work to our market audience and the number of stallholders in the same category already approved.

We welcome enquiries from genuine makers and growers who meet the following criteria:

  • You have made the product yourself, preferably in the Barossa or surrounds, but we do welcome one-off market stallholders if you are travelling through.
  • You have grown the produce yourself, OR you have added substantial value to the product.
  • You have or are prepared to have public liability insurance cover.
  • You can actively help promote your stall via your own social media channels.

Please note: We consider how many other stall holders we have in each category.
So please consider if you have something unique and interesting to sell that will add value and interest to the Angaston Country Markets.

Appreciate that we are time poor

Our Market Manager, Amanda, is a busy woman and recently welcomed her third child. So we appreciate stallholders who read and follow instructions, respond promptly to correspondence and do what they say they’re going to do.

Our Stallholders Registration Form is the first step towards becoming an Angaston Country Markets stallholder.

It asks for basic information to help us assess the quality of your products and the professionalism of your business.

Based on what we find when we look at your photos and visit your socials or website, we’ll make a decision about how well you’ll fit in at this market.

Invoicing for your stallholder position
We send out individual stallholder invoices for each market.
Prompt payment is expected to hold your stall. However, we do understand hardship, so do contact us if you have difficulties paying your invoice.
Why you may not get the same stall position each market

We understand some of our long term stallholders may want the same stall position. However, we like to mix things up for you as a stallholder and our visitors. When we change stall positions, we have found that there is more engagement from locals and also much more sales and interest. So we do not guarantee the same stall position for any stallholder at the markets.
